Zhejiang Tongxiang issues personal housing consumption vouchers.

Starting from April 30, 2025, housing consumption vouchers will be distributed in an orderly manner in installments, totaling 200 vouchers, valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. Those who purchase newly built commodity houses within the jurisdiction of Tongxiang City with the housing consumption vouchers can apply for cash redemption. The redemption standards for housing consumption vouchers are as follows: for newly built commodity houses with an area of less than 90 square meters, 20,000 yuan per set can be redeemed; for houses with an area of 90 square meters or more but less than 144 square meters, 30,000 yuan per set can be redeemed; for houses with an area of more than 144 square meters, 40,000 yuan per set can be redeemed. The area is based on the signed contract on file. For all types of talents introduced to Tongxiang City after January 1, 2023 who purchase houses within the jurisdiction of Tongxiang City, they can enjoy a 50% housing subsidy based on the total house purchase price with the purchase contract and full payment invoice: for key full-time undergraduate students from key universities introduced for the first time, they can receive a maximum housing subsidy of up to 100,000 yuan. For full-time master's degree students introduced for the first time, they can receive a maximum housing subsidy of up to 250,000 yuan. For full-time doctoral degree students introduced for the first time, they can receive a maximum housing subsidy of up to 500,000 yuan. To support the housing needs of depositors and improve housing conditions, and to reduce the pressure of down payment for house purchases, eligible depositors are allowed to withdraw personal housing provident fund from their accounts to directly pay the down payment for commodity houses and second-hand houses.
