Hong Kong stocks closed at midday, with the Hang Seng Index up 0.22% and the Hang Seng Technology Index up 1.06%. Cloud computing and AI sectors led the gains. Kingsoft Cloud rose more than 15%, Kingsoft Software, and Meitu both rose more than 5%.
