Henan Province is planning to introduce a special action plan to boost consumption.

On April 30th, the Henan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference on the series of policy measures to "fight hard in the 'second quarter' to ensure the 'double over half'". Li Xinguo, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province, revealed at the press conference that the Development and Reform Commission of the province is working with relevant departments to formulate an implementation plan for the special action to boost consumption, which has been basically completed. The plan includes eight main actions such as improving consumption capacity, expanding product consumption, and improving service consumption quality. It will be submitted to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government for approval and implementation soon.
