On April 29, Robotech stated during a phone conference that the company has carefully evaluated the issue of US tariff policies and found that they have little to no impact on ficonTEC optical module equipment. While many of ficonTEC's trading partners are American clients, including NVIDIA, Cisco, etc., the main delivery locations for ficonTEC equipment are in Thailand, Israel, and other countries. Therefore, the impact of tariffs on these clients is extremely limited. Even in cases where direct delivery to the US is involved, the contracts between ficonTEC and its clients are mainly settled under EXW trade terms. Under EXW trade terms, the seller delivers the goods at the factory, and tariffs are typically borne by the buyer. As of now, no clients have requested changes to the trade terms with the target company.
