Is tariff policy the driving force? TSMC is building its third factory in the US.

According to the Wise Finance and Economics APP, TSMC (TSM.US) has begun construction of its third chip factory in Arizona, USA. In response to the Trump administration's threats to further increase tariffs to stimulate domestic manufacturing in the US, TSMC is accelerating its expansion in the United States.
