According to official information from Hellobike, based on the current number of pre-booked trips on the Hellobike platform, it is estimated that the demand for Hellobike carpooling during the upcoming May Day holiday will reach 60 million trips, setting a new record for the platform at the same time period. The demand for the entire industry is expected to exceed 100 million trips. Hellobike predicts that during the May Day carpooling demand, inter-city trips will account for 60%; family outings and group outings will account for 14%, also driving a 180% increase in demand for the Hellobike carpooling "5, 6 seat models" compared to normal. As of April 29, about 20,000 users have successfully placed orders, and the platform has received the longest mileage pet-travel order from Daxing'anling to Urumqi, with a travel distance of 3927 kilometers.
