According to the Capital Airport, during the "May Day" holiday in 2025, the Capital Airport is expected to transport 957,000 passengers, with an average of 191,000 passengers per day; to ensure the operation of 5880 flights, with an average of 1176 flights per day. Data shows that the peak of passenger flow is expected to occur on April 30th, with a total of 210,000 passengers transported throughout the day and 1225 flights taking off and landing. On May 5th, the Capital Airport is expected to welcome the peak of return journeys, with approximately 221,000 passengers arriving and departing throughout the day, and 1266 flights taking off and landing. In terms of destinations, during the "May Day" holiday, passenger travel is mainly for tourism and visiting relatives, with destinations mainly concentrated in cities such as Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Sanya, as well as Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Singapore, and other cities.
