On the morning of April 29th, the mobile internet underage mode was officially released at the main forum of the 8th Digital China Construction Summit. Based on the real needs of protecting minors on the internet and responding to the expectations and concerns of all sectors of society, the Cyberspace Administration of China has continuously guided domestic software and hardware companies to jointly promote the construction of the mobile internet underage mode. In April this year, the underage mode broke through a series of technological bottlenecks, achieving comprehensive optimization and systematic upgrade. A relevant person in charge of the Cyberspace Administration of China stated that fully leveraging the protection role of the underage mode cannot be achieved without the joint efforts of all parties. On one hand, they will continue to guide and support platforms to optimize the underage mode, making this technological tool more user-friendly and efficient. On the other hand, they hope that parents and minors will actively activate the underage mode, provide valuable feedback, and jointly create a safe, healthy, and positive online environment.
