On April 21, Huang Yanming submitted his resignation to Guotai Haitong Securities. Public information shows that Huang Yanming entered the securities industry in 1994 and has worked at Shenwan Hongyuan Research Institute, UBS Securities, and joined Guotai Junan in 2012, serving as the director of Guotai Junan Research Institute.
