Zhtng Cijng APP News, Beijing Automotive (01958.HK) announced that it has decided to appoint Ernst & Young LLP (Ernst & Young) and Ernst & Young Huaming Certified Public Accountants LLP (a special general partnership) (Ernst & Young Huaming) as the international auditor and domestic auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (recommended appointment). The appointment will take effect starting from the end of the company's annual shareholders' meeting, until (i) the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting; and (ii) when the appointment is revoked or amended at any shareholders' meeting (whichever comes first). However, the appointment must be approved by the company's shareholders at the annual shareholders' meeting before it can take effect.
