Dr. Ho will assume the role of Group President and Chief Executive Officer, focusing on the company's front-line operations, especially the substantial workload of the company's share trading resumption. Dr. Ho will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and as the authorized representative of the company for accepting legal process documents and notifications in China Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance Chapter 622 of Hong Kong law, effective from May 21, 2025.
