Wisetong Financial News App, Oriental Overseas International (00316.HK) has announced that on April 29, 2025, the buyer (14 indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company) entered into shipbuilding contracts with each builder (Nantong Kawasaki and Dalian Kawasaki) respectively for the construction of their respective vessels on basically the same terms, at a total price of 3.08 billion US dollars.
