Zhijia Financial News APP, Guofu Quantum (00290.HK) announced that on April 29, 2025 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the company entered into a loan capitalization agreement with the lender (Dr. Liu Zhiwei, the company's major shareholder). The lender (as the subscriber) has conditionally agreed to subscribe (for himself or his nominee) and the Company has conditionally agreed to distribute and issue 459 million capitalization shares at an issue price of 1.28 Hong Kong dollars per capitalization share. The consideration for the distribution and issuance of capitalization shares of approximately 587 million Hong Kong dollars will be settled by offsetting a repayment amount of approximately 587 million Hong Kong dollars.
