According to the agreement, Shenda Group and Xinghai Fashion agreed to lease the slanted land property to Century LinkHua Luwan for use as a large-scale comprehensive supermarket and underground parking garage, with a lease term from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2030 (including both the first and last day).
