Wegovy is no longer in short supply. Novo Nordisk partners with a telemedicine platform to expand sales channels.

Noval Nordisk announced that the company will sell the drug through remote medical platforms Hims & Hers Health, Ro, and LifeMD to expand its distribution channels. Previously, due to a surge in demand causing a shortage of Wegovy supply, many patients turned to using cheap "generic versions" of Wegovy made by compounding pharmacies.
