Bohai Leasing: Subsidiary sells 20 aircraft leasing assets

Bohai Leasing Announcement: On April 29, 2025, Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the holding company Avolon Holdings Limited, and its subsidiary SPV signed an Aircraft Sale And Purchase Agreement and related agreements with ACG Aircraft Leasing Ireland Limited to sell 20 aircraft leasing assets with attached leases. The market price of the aforementioned 20 aircraft leasing assets with attached leases is approximately $1.143 billion, and the actual sale price will be determined through negotiations between both parties. This transaction is beneficial for optimizing the company's aircraft asset structure, improving the quality of the fleet assets, and enhancing the company's competitiveness in the global aircraft leasing market.
