Wisdom Finance News APP, Central Asia Acetyl Valley Group (00063.HK) announced that on April 25, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhongshan Cuiheng Group Co., Ltd. (Zhongshan Cuiheng, a limited company established in the People's Republic of China). Zhongshan Cuiheng and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent of the company and its related parties (as defined in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) and have no connection with the company and its related parties. According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the contracting parties agree to establish a strategic partnership and leverage complementary advantages in the Cuiheng Industrial Park in Zhongshan City, China.
