According to relevant rules, if the company fails to disclose the annual report for 2024 within two months after the suspension of trading in its stock, the stock trading will be subject to delisting risk warning; if the report is still not disclosed within two months after the implementation of the delisting risk warning, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will decide to terminate the company's stock listing. The company is operating normally and will strengthen communication with all parties, organize personnel to speed up the preparation and disclosure of regular reports.
