Hesa Instrument announced that the company plans to transfer its 5.3491% stake in Anyi Spectrum, corresponding to a registered capital of 386,700 RMB, for a total transfer price of 17,651,900 RMB. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares in Anyi Spectrum. The buyers in this transaction are Huada Songhe and Suzhou Jingyou, who will respectively acquire 3.0303% and 2.3188% of the shares.
