China Fortune Financial App News, Jinyang New Energy (01121.HK) announced that on April 29, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Jinyang Quanzhou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Jinyang Quanzhou) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Yiwu Jing'ao Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (Yiwu Jing'ao) and Fujian Jinshi Energy Co., Ltd. (Fujian Jinshi) regarding the joint establishment of a 4 gigawatt (GW) mixed dull back contact (HBC) upgrade project.
