Huaihe Energy: Pan San Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Suspended Operations

Huaihe Energy announced that the company held the 13th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on April 29, 2025, and approved the proposal to shut down Units 1 and 2 of Pansan Power Plant. According to the requirements of the National Energy Administration, it is necessary to shut down and dismantle Units #1 and #2 of Pansan Power Plant, with a combined capacity of 270,000 kilowatts. As of December 31, 2024, the total assets of Pansan Power Plant were 117 million yuan, with a net asset of 340,800 yuan; the operating income in 2024 was 438 million yuan, with a net loss of 233 million yuan. Pansan Power Plant generated 1.283 billion kilowatt-hours in 2024, accounting for 7.65% of the total electricity generation of the company's controlling power plants.
