After this business registration change is completed, Yufu Holdings will become the direct controlling shareholder of Chongqing Machinery and Electronics Group, while Chongqing Machinery and Electronics Group will remain the direct controlling shareholder of the company, and Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will remain the ultimate controlling shareholder of the company.
