State Administration for Market Regulation: Will further establish and improve the "Anti-infringement and Counterfeit Joint Mechanism between Government and Enterprises"

Tong Bo, Deputy Director of the Enforcement and Inspection Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, stated at a special press conference on April 29 that the Administration encourages rights holders to report infringement and counterfeiting clues to market supervision departments at all levels, and to play the role of rights holders in infringement investigations, product authentication, and information tracing. Tong Bo introduced that this year, the State Administration for Market Regulation will further establish and improve the "Government-Business Anti-counterfeiting and Anti-infringement Cooperation Mechanism", organize "Government-Business face-to-face" activities, and guide enterprises to enhance their brand protection capabilities.
