The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security stated that the next steps are as follows:
Firstly, strengthen labor employment guidance services. Implement a special action to safeguard the rights and interests of laborers in new forms of employment. Strengthen governance of grassroots labor relations. Improve macro-guidance and control of enterprise wages and continue to promote the reform of the wage distribution system in state-owned enterprises.
Secondly, strengthen labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration. Continuously promote diversified resolution of labor and personnel disputes. Carry out the second batch of nationwide arbitration case evaluations.
Thirdly, strengthen supervision and law enforcement work. Continue to do well in ensuring payment of wages for migrant workers. Collaborate with relevant departments to carry out a special action to clean up and regulate the order of the labor market by 2025, regulate labor dispatch, occupational intermediaries, and other human resource market activities in accordance with the law, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers.
