Benchmarking Starlink! Amazon (AMZN.US) launches the first batch of Kuiper internet satellites.

According to the Wisdom Wealth APP, on Monday, Amazon's first batch of 27 Kuiper broadband internet satellites was launched into space from Florida, marking the long-delayed deployment of a space internet network that will compete with SpaceX's Starlink. The 27 satellites were launched from the Cape Canaveral Space Base aboard the "Atlas 5" rocket operated by the Boeing and Lockheed Martin joint venture United Launch Alliance (ULA). Due to bad weather, the initial launch on April 9th was unsuccessful.
