Shaanxi issues blue warning for strong winds.

The Shaanxi Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a blue alert for strong winds at 15:17 on April 29: Currently, some areas in northern Shaanxi and northern Guanzhong have experienced gale force winds of level 7 or above.
