On April 28th, local time, the first new energy vehicle production base in Cambodia, the BYD Cambodia Passenger Vehicle Factory, held a groundbreaking ceremony in Sihanoukville. Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia-Pacific Automotive Sales Division, stated that the BYD Cambodia Passenger Vehicle Factory will focus on the production of new energy vehicles, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 vehicles, and is scheduled to start production in the fourth quarter.
