From May 1st to 5th, the national civil aviation industry is expected to see a 6.4% increase in passenger volume compared to the same period last year. The holiday tourism market in Zhejiang also welcomed a peak in visitor flow. The province's airports are expected to transport 1.3 million passengers, with an average of 260,000 passengers per day, a 7.5% increase compared to last year, which is higher than the national average. Among the province's airports, Taizhou Airport saw the highest increase in holiday passenger throughput, with a 28.2% year-on-year increase; and Wenzhou Airport saw the highest increase in international passenger throughput, with a 25.1% year-on-year increase.
