According to the Securities Times APP, on April 29th, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) announced the "Standard Chartered Hong Kong SME Leading Business Index" and "Standard Chartered SME Index" for the second quarter of 2025. The survey results show that the overall business index for this quarter has slightly increased by 1.0 to 43.8 compared to the previous quarter. The index is similar to the past few quarters, reflecting that amid uncertain global economic prospects, the overall business confidence of local small and medium-sized enterprises in Hong Kong remains conservative.
