Midea Group establishes new e-commerce company, including AI business.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Meidi E-commerce Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of smart home consumer devices, sales of semiconductor lighting devices, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, and home appliance installation services. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly fully owned by the Midea Group.
