Guilin Bank disclosed in its 2024 annual report that its chairman, Wu Dong, had "resigned during his term" in April 2025, and currently bank president Zhang Xiande is acting as chairman. It is understood that Wu Dong had previously worked in the People's Bank of China, the former China Banking Regulatory Commission system, and later joined Industrial Bank. In 2010, he joined Guilin City Commercial Bank, where he held positions such as vice president and president, and was promoted to helm Guilin Bank at the end of 2019. As of the end of last year, Guilin Bank's assets exceeded 540 billion yuan.
