This action aims to comprehensively clean up and rectify various unreasonable regulations and practices that set up market access barriers in violation of regulations. It will publicize a number of typical cases of violations, establish a sound mechanism for collecting clues, verifying and rectifying, and reporting cases, so as to ensure that the principle of "access unless prohibited" is firmly implemented and to create a fair market access environment. This will provide strong support for upholding and implementing the principles of the "two unswerving commitments" and building a unified national market.
