Tianjin builds a pattern of "big consumption" Action plan issued to propose 16 tasks to promote the "four major projects"

Recently, the "Action Plan for Building a "Great Consumption" Pattern in Tianjin City" was officially issued, proposing 16 main tasks from three aspects: promoting the expansion and upgrading of commodity consumption, promoting the release of potential in service consumption, and promoting the improvement and efficiency of production consumption, in order to advance the "four major projects" of upgrading commodity consumption, improving service consumption quality, fostering new consumption, and innovating consumption scenarios. The "Action Plan" sets out the work goals for "Great Consumption", namely by the end of 2027, achieving coordinated expansion, improvement, and efficiency enhancement in all consumption sectors, with a significant increase in the city's consumption rate; ensuring stable growth in the value added of major consumption industries, with a high proportion of regional GDP; significantly increasing the growth rates of total retail sales of consumer goods and service retail sales, with the average annual growth rate of total retail sales of consumer goods keeping pace with GDP growth, and the growth rate of service retail sales entering the forefront nationwide.
