The new central enterprise China Ya Jiang Group has arrived.

Reporters learned from multiple channels that a new central state-owned enterprise called China Yajiang Group is currently being prepared. A person familiar with the preparation progress stated that the preparation of Yajiang Group is closely related to the promotion of implementing the Yarlung Tsangpo River downstream hydropower project. The establishment of Yajiang Group signifies a clear subject and organizational guarantee for the advancement of this project. As a national mega project, its development involves complex policy coordination, funding investment, and technical challenges. As of now, the shareholders and related sources of funding involved in the formation of the group are primarily state-owned assets. An individual involved in project promotion revealed that many companies have already entered the competitive stage for relevant project sections. Infrastructure central state-owned enterprises have already joined, and are on the verge of breaking through cooperation agreements with relevant large equipment. A person from this infrastructure central state-owned enterprise commented that, "From the perspective of industrial chain synergy, the water industry, power industry, and other construction industries, including design institutes, will all benefit from it."
