Tianmao Group announced that the 2024 annual report and the first quarter report of 2025, originally scheduled to be disclosed on April 29, 2025, may not be able to be disclosed on time due to the need to supplement some information. According to regulations, if a company fails to disclose its annual report within the statutory deadline, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will suspend trading in the company's stock and its derivatives on the next trading day after the deadline for periodic report disclosure expires, with the suspension period not exceeding two months. If the annual report or semi-annual report is not disclosed within the statutory deadline and the company fails to disclose it within two months of the stock trading suspension, a delisting risk warning will be implemented.
