Zhitong Financial News APP reported that Sound Land Group (08163) announced that on April 28, 2025, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Sound Land Brand Limited, intends to acquire all the applications and intellectual property rights of LOOP Space from Ocean Evergreen Limited at a price of 9 million Hong Kong dollars. The company will issue and distribute a total of 90 million consideration shares at a price of 0.10 Hong Kong dollars per share to the seller at the time of completion of the acquisition.
