On April 28, Beijing Xingding Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Beijing Fangxing Yicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou YueXiu Huacheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. formed a consortium and won the bid for the renovation project of the urban village in Huanshan Woodshop, Pingfang Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a minimum price of 12.6 billion yuan. The project includes land parcels 2107-1, 2, 3 for the urban village transformation, land parcel 2902-73 for the Sunhe Group's land reserve project, R2 residential land, A334 kindergarten land, and B4 comprehensive commercial financial service land. The comprehensive floor price is 44,565 yuan per square meter, and the residential floor price is 54,531 yuan per square meter. According to the transfer documents, the total land area of this consortium is 148,300 square meters, with a planned construction area of 282,700 square meters and a comprehensive starting price of 44,565 yuan per square meter.
