Zhitong Finance and Economics APP news, Jinke Service (09666) and the offeror Broad Gongga Investment Pte. Ltd. jointly announced that on March 30, 2025, the offeror won the auction of shares (i.e. 108 million shares) with a total bid price of 667 million yuan (equivalent to 720 million Hong Kong dollars, calculated at the applicable exchange rate of Renminbi to Hong Kong dollars) at a price of 6.19 yuan per share of auctioned shares (equivalent to 6.67 Hong Kong dollars per share of auctioned shares, calculated at the applicable exchange rate of Renminbi to Hong Kong dollars); and has issued a "Auction Deal Confirmation Letter" to the offeror.
