Ming Ming, China's largest snack retail chain, is very busy submitting documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
On April 28th, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange documents, Hunan Ming Ming Busy Commercial Chain Co., Ltd. submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for listing. The prospectus shows that by 2024, the retail sales of Ming Ming Busy will reach 55 billion yuan, with over 1.6 billion transactions throughout the year, continuing to lead in the "bulk sales model". As of December 31, 2024, Ming Ming Busy has a total of 14,394 stores, covering 28 provinces and all prefecture-level cities in China, with approximately 58% located in county towns and townships, deeply penetrating the lower-tier markets. Its subsidiaries "Busy Snacks" and "Zhao Yiming Snacks" have become consumers' preferred national affordable snack brands. According to Frost & Sullivan report, based on 2024 GMV, Ming Ming Busy is China's largest chain retailer of leisure food and beverages, ranking fourth in China's food and beverage chain retail industry.
