The Zhtng Financial APP announced that Shnghu Qngji (02521.HK) has issued a notification that on April 28, 2025, the buyer Shnghu Qngji (Hong Kong) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a purchase agreement with seller A, the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase and the seller A has conditionally agreed to sell the shares A for a price of 9 million Hong Kong dollars; and the buyer entered into a purchase agreement with seller A and seller B for the shares B for a price of 6 million Hong Kong dollars.
