The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government is continuing to strengthen cooperation with Guangdong and Macau, enhancing the alignment of rules and mechanisms within the Greater Bay Area.
According to the Finance and Economics App, on April 28th, Hong Kong Chief Secretary for Administration and Mainland Affairs, Tsang Kwok-wai, stated at the Legislative Council's Panel on Constitutional Affairs that the SAR government is continuously striving to strengthen cooperation with Guangdong and Macao, and to enhance rule alignment and mechanism connection in the Bay Area in different areas including legal services, mutual recognition of professional qualifications, connectivity of goods and infrastructure, flow of funds, innovation and technology resources, cross-border elderly care and medical cooperation, in order to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.
