National Joint Resources (00254.HK) subsidiary plans to sell equipment for approximately HK$64.8 million

Zhtng Cijng APP News, National United Resources (00254.HK) announced that on April 28, 2025, the seller (the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company National United Resources Digital Economy Limited) and the buyer (China National Emerging Industry Development Group Limited) entered into an equipment purchase agreement. Under this agreement, the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase equipment for a price of 64.8 million Hong Kong dollars.
