The company and China Petrochemical Corporation will increase their capital in Capital Corporation by a total of RMB 19.9 billion, with the company injecting RMB 9.751 billion in cash and China Petrochemical Corporation injecting RMB 10.149 billion in cash. The registered capital of Capital Corporation will increase from RMB 100 billion to RMB 119.9 billion. After this capital increase, the company and China Petrochemical Corporation will maintain their shareholding in Capital Corporation unchanged at 49% and 51% respectively.
