Zhuojin Group announced that the operating income in 2024 was 242 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 30.08%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 82.2022 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 121 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends and will not implement any other forms of distribution, including capital reserve fund capitalization and bonus shares.
