Yangtze River Investment announced that its operating income in 2024 was 507 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 41.19%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 74.91 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 8.90 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. Basic earnings per share was -0.21 yuan/share. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends for the year 2024 and will not increase share capital through capital reserve.
