Hengrui Medicine's Hong Kong IPO has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission released a notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing filing of Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd., the company plans to issue no more than 815,094,600 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
