CLASSEX has applied to list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and China Galaxy International Securities as joint sponsors. The company, with a core focus on new energy vehicles, was founded in 1986 and later expanded into vehicle manufacturing and the new energy field. Since the launch of its ASKDA brand in 2021, sales of its vehicle models have rapidly increased, with the introduction of multiple new models reshaping the domestic luxury car market. In 2024, the company's revenue reached 145.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 305.5%, with a gross profit margin of 23.8% and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 5.9 billion yuan, becoming the fourth profitable new energy vehicle company in the world. The IPO plans to raise funds, with 70% allocated for research and development, 20% for marketing channels, overseas sales, and charging networks, and 10% for operating capital. The company will continue to adhere to its strategy of a single product and globalization, aiming to become a world-class new luxury automobile brand.
