Financial APP News, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on April 28, 2025, its subsidiary Green Finance Leasing entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee, in which the lessee will acquire ownership of the assets from the lessee for a consideration of RMB 38 million, and the assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of twelve months.
