China Nuclear Power: intends to participate in the establishment of CNNC Tianwan Fund.

China Nuclear Power announced that the company plans to establish the Zhongke Tianwan Fund with a total investment of 1.501 billion yuan, in cooperation with China-Russia Nuclear Industry Fund, China Life, and China Nuclear Fund, with the company contributing 279 million yuan. After the establishment of the Zhongke Tianwan Fund, the company plans to transfer 5% of its equity in China Nuclear SuNing Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. to the Zhongke Tianwan Fund through a non-public agreement transfer.
