Chairman Wu Dong of Guilin Bank resigned during his term, and President Zhang Xiande took over his duties.

On April 28th, Guilin Bank released its 2024 annual report. The former chairman and executive director, Wu Dong, resigned during his term from December 2019 to April 2025. Currently, the chairman of the bank is temporarily assumed by the president, Zhang Xiande.
